Ruby is a native of the Tri Cities area, born in Johnson City and residing in Kingsport for the past thirteen years with her husband Chris. She has a son Aaron Ross, who is a senior at King College.
She has extensive experience in the real estate industry, working for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) for ten years. In her tenure with the REIT, she assisted with acquisitions, due diligence, extensive renovations, marketing and lease up of apartment communities in the southeast region. Most recently, she has purchased and renovated single family homes in the Kingsport area for personal investments.

With her experience, it was a natural transition to list and sell homes. She has the knowledge and ability to see potential for updating and remodeling an existing home into the “dream home” clients may be looking for. Marketing is her passion and she utilizes print media, direct mail campaigns, internet marketing and networking to give her listed homes the most exposure possible.
Her decision to work with Century 21 Legacy was based on many factors, but most importantly their service standards, integrity, national exposure and technology.
