Gwen Lilley received her real estate license in October, 1999 and has been with Century 21 since that time. She has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers realize their goals- In 2006 and 2007, Gwen averaged closing four of her listings each month.

Gwen believes in the value of continuous education. She has taken classes to earn the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and the Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation. Gwen was announced “Student of the Year” for the state of Tennessee’s GRI program for 2006. She has recently earned her Broker license.

Prior to real estate, Gwen was in the Air Force from 1977-1988 and worked in Office Furniture and Supply sales from 1989-2003. She graduated from Tusculum College with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management in 1990.

Paul Honea, Gwen’s assistant, is a retired Navy Chief. Paul and Gwen have been working together over three years and together, they form a great team. They will ensure that you are taken care of personally, professionally and promptly.
