Vicki Hubert

Vicki is an Affiliate Broker with Century 21 Legacy. With her background as a licensed Realtor, and Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering from East Tennessee State University, she brings experience and expertise to the task of marketing, sales, and administration of the complex issues surrounding residential and commercial real estate.
Vicki is a native to Kingsport, TN with family roots in Bristol, TN. She received an honorable discharge in 1992 from the United States Air Force, where she lived two of her active duty years in Japan.
Following her military service, Vicki served as Vice President of Global Corporate Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in International and Multi-national business and computer analysis. This experience plus being able to move back to the Tri Cities area with her family provided an opportunity to move into the real estate field. She qualified for a real estate license in the State of Tennessee in 2004, working in residential and commercial real estate and soon qualified as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, making her a specialist in representing Buyers in the real estate market. She is a member of Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors where she completed Leadership Training, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Vicki combines her skills to not only address the complex needs of commercial real estate and the fine details of residential real estate but she also owns a Tri-City based Construction Company and holds a General Contractors license for residential and commercial construction. She also formally owned a retail business specializing in paint and wallpaper product sales as well as providing interior decorating services.
Presently she resides in Johnson City, TN with her husband, Paul Hubert, a systems associate at Eastman Chemical Company, and their two daughters. Her family is extensively involved in classical dance, running and competitive soccer, and enjoys traveling throughout the world.
